GENERAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where does Parvenu ship to?

Here at Parvenu, it is our company’s mission to make things as simple and accessible as possible in assuring our customer’s benefit. Therefore, we provide flat fee international shipping to over 100 countries. If we do not currently do not ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.  

How can I track my delivery? 

After completing the standard checkout procedure and finalizing your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided or the one associated with your account. This email will contain a tracking number specific to your order. From there you can follow your package through the entire shipping process.

I need to change something on my order, how can I do that? 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes.

How secure is my information when making purchases?

We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and any information given to us, by you, is maintained safely with the highest level of security. Shopify uses high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced technology around and currently available for all online transactions being made through our domain. When will my card be charged?

Pre-Orders: Depending on the type of order you've placed with us, your card may be charged at different times. For products purchased while on "Pre-Order", your card will be charged after authorization of appropriate funds have been confirmed from your bank. Purchasing a "Pre-Order Product" is paying up front to reserve said product before being normally available.

Standard-Orders: You will only be charged once your order is fulfilled and shipped. Once ‘confirm payment’ is clicked on the final check out page, your credit/debit card is authorized and analyzed for the correct details, sufficient funds and fraud detection. Please be aware that the canceling of any order before being shipped may take some time for your bank or credit card company to return the appropriate funds to your account. This is not a maneuver by our party for personal gain, just standard procedure.  

What’s the best way to report a problem?

Your satisfaction is our main concern, and any issues with the functioning of our website or the service/product you received must be brought to our attention. To report a problem that you experienced, click on the “Contact Us” tab at the footer of any page of our site. We can assure you that your problem will receive our immediate attention and will be resolved to the best of our ability!

How do I sign up for discounts and brand/product updates? 

To get information on all updates, discounts, launches and more, click the account icon on the top right of our homepage and sign up!

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

*All of our shipping is currently international standard express 4-5 day shipping. We understand having shipping options is crucial and we are working to offer standard international shipping (7-10 days) & domestic shipping in the US & UK. Your patience and understanding are immensely appreciated!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.

How are taxes & duties calculated?

All taxes & duties vary from country to country. In order for us to give our customers the most efficient and smooth experience, we have included the calculated taxes & duties within your flat fee shipping rate. What does this mean?

This means all your shipping and tax costs are Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders. This means we as the "sender" incur all the tax & duties cost, so you don't have to deal with them when your product arrives.  

What is included in my flat rate fee? 

Our flat fee rate is specific to each country. This is why we've calculated each country's estimated shipping cost with taxes & duties in advance. Each country's flat fee is calculated to be a uniform 20% of our total estimated shipping & taxes/duties cost. This means you only pay 20% of the total estimated shipping & tax/duties cost while the other 80% plus any additional costs incurred throughout the entire shipping & tax/duties process is incurred by us!

RETURN POLICY

Our customer’s satisfaction is and always will be priority #1. As we grow and gain the ability to ship domestically within our biggest markets, we will be able to implement more options for your return experience. We'd like to thank you for your understanding and will do everything in our power to assist you in your request.   

How does your return policy work? 

Any new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 10 days of receiving your product. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label and instructions. All returned items will be fully refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.  

How long will it take to process my return?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you your pre-paid return label and instructions within 24 hours.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. We will notify you via email once we have issued your refund. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

"Lost" Package?

In the rare circumstance that packages may have been lost in transit, we will wait 7 days after the original delivery date to see if the package arrives late. From our experience, giving that extra time often allows time for the shipper or customer to locate the package and get it out for re-delivery.

Received a damaged item? 

Quality control is of paramount importance to us, and we triple check every item before packaging and shipping. However, in the rare case your item is delivered damaged, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue.
